Rosario is an economist from the University of Lima, with over 26 years of experience in public service and a distinguished career in economic diplomacy. She has represented Peru through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, MINCETUR, and PromPerú, and has led several Peru Trade Offices abroad, including Brussels, France,Switzerland,Monaco, and now New York.
She has pursued postgraduate studies at Boston University, La Sorbonne, and Harvard University’s Program on Negotiation, and has been recognized with multiple awards for her excellence in public service and her contribution to promoting Peruvian exports and sustainable development. She is fluent in Spanish, French, English, Turkish, and Portuguese.

Juan Francisco Ramos

Juan Francisco Ramos is an experienced professional in agribusiness, food & beverage, and consulting. He holds an MBA from Lehigh University (USA) and a degree in Industrial Engineering from Catholic University (Peru). He has worked with cacao, chocolate, superfoods, nuts, and other food products, leading projects in business development, sales growth, and cost optimization. Fluent in Spanish, English, and French, he also studied Literature at San Marcos University, adding storytelling to his communication and marketing skills. He aims to leverage this experience to build stronger, more efficient business ties between Peruvian and U.S. companies.

Lorena Cobos's experience in business operations allows her to excel as a trade assistant, proficiently managing data and financial reports for the office while meticulously overseeing event budgets. Beyond her expertise in operations, Lorena possesses a profound scientific background, allowing her to actively advocate for Peru's rich array of natural ingredients within the personal care sector, fostering their promotion and utilization in the U.S. market.


Pamela Flores
International Trade Specialist
Pamela Flores operates at the intersection of apparel sourcing, materials development, and market execution, supporting brands and suppliers in navigating the complexities of global production and the U.S. retail landscape. She brings hands-on experience in coordinating fabric development, managing supplier relationships, and aligning cross-functional workflows to ensure materials, timelines, and quality standards meet both commercial and operational objectives. Her work includes close collaboration with mills and manufacturers, monitoring development and production progress, supporting quality resolution, and maintaining accurate material and supplier data throughout the product lifecycle. Pamela has contributed to sourcing initiatives across multiple apparel categories, including participation in large-scale sourcing platforms and international trade programs. She works closely with buyers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to drive consistent, execution-focused outcomes.

Katherine Ortiz
International Tourism Specialist
Katherine Ortiz is an international tourism specialist with extensive experience in the development and management of tourism products. She holds a degree in Tourism and Hospitality from Universidad Científica del Perú (Iquitos). Throughout her career, Katherine has worked in the design and optimization of tourism inventories, management of tourism resources, and development of thematic and experiential travel routes. She has a solid background in promoting destinations and building strategic partnerships within the tourism industry, with a particular focus on fostering cultural and sustainable tourism. Fluent in Spanish and English, she combines technical knowledge with strong communication and project management skills.
